Arkfrica aims to maintain high uptime and reliable platform access. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Routine maintenance, server updates, or unexpected third-party provider issues may temporarily affect access.

Arkfrica and its developer company, Arkademy SchoolHouse Ltd, shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Loss of data caused by third-party hosting or database failures.
• Temporary outages or local network latency.
• Educational or developmental decisions made solely based on automated AI analytics reports.

Use of the platform is at the parent's or guardian's sole discretion.
